It is well known that pregnancy causes back and hip pain. Seeing a chiropractor that is familiar with pregnancy is recommended when getting adjustments to keep your hips aligned. Not pregnant or postpartum? Chiropractic helps get your body into alignment so you can optimize your movement, pain free.
Nausea, morning sickness, pain or stress can be lessened with acupuncture. If your baby is not in the right position for delivery, acupuncture can help the baby turn. Acupuncture also treats headaches, cravings, hot flashes, sleep disruption and anxiety/depression.
Dermaplane facials provide an excellent solution during pregnancy and the postpartum period, especially as hormonal changes lead to accelerated hair growth. Managing shaving can become quite challenging with a baby bump. Simplify your life and choose Lindsey, your esthetician and expert in full-body waxing, for a hassle-free experience.
Carrying a baby for 9 months can wreak havoc on your pelvic floor and bladder. Seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist helps you get things back to normal! Strengthen your pelvic floor and core muscles, and prevent/treat urinary leakage no matter what stage of motherhood you are in.
Pregnancy and motherhood is stressful, and your body goes through so many changes in such a short amount of time. Mental health therapy is important, especially postpartum. You need to take care of yourself just as much as you need to take care of your new baby. At Evora®, we offer individual counseling to get you through every stage of motherhood, from pregnancy to postpartum depression to being an empty nester.
A baby or child can profoundly alter the familiar family dynamics you've grown accustomed to. Furthermore, disparities in parenting approaches can introduce strains into your relationships. Our services encompass marriage and family therapy, aimed at guiding you through a fulfilling life as parents and partners.
