Meet Kathryn Palacio,
Pranic Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master
Kathryn Palacio is a Certified Associate Pranic Healer and Reiki Master with a passion for energy medicine, Eastern medicine and practices, and helping others to become the fullest and most vibrant expression of who they are meant to be. Her journey into Reiki and Pranic Healing began with a car accident in her childhood and experiencing the benefits of the energy medicine complementing conventional medicine in her recovery.
She obtained a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry and French from Knox College and a Master’s in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois Urban-Champaign. While working in the life science industry, she wanted to increase self-care and stress reduction in her life, so she enrolled in Reiki and Pranic Healing courses at the Healing Arts Center in St Louis. After becoming a Reiki Master, she enrolled in the Healing Arts Center’s Energy Master Track Program, which included both Reiki Mastery, Panic Healing (Pranic Healing, Advanced Pranic Healing, and Pranic Psychotherapy), and an energy medicine clinic. She was inducted into the school’s Order of Twin Hearts, a society of students of exceptional talent, integrity, and compassion in the study and practice of energy medicine. She furthered her Pranic Healing training (including courses in Pranic Crystal Healing, Pranic Facelift and Body Sculpting, MCKS Kriyashakti, MCKS Spiritual Business Management, Arhatic Yoga Preparatory, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul, and The Inner Teachings of Buddhism) by studying with several of the Master Pranic Healers. In April 2025 she became an Certified Associate Pranic Healer, and is currently enrolled in the Certified Pranic Healer Certification Program.
When not in the office, she spends much of her time enjoying Latin dance, drawing and painting, practicing yoga and meditation, hiking, and traveling.
