Erum Qazi, MD

Dr. Erum Qazi is a board certified psychiatrist with a practice focus on completing the circle of a healthy mind, spirit, and body for her patients. She offers over 15 years of clinical expertise in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, as well as personality disorders.

Dr. Qazi prioritizes creating safe environments for her patients to express their concerns and challenges. She focuses on identifying underlying causes and stressors in order to customize treatment strategies coupling medicines and counseling. 

Dr. Qazi completed residency training at Saint Louis University. She spent 5 years at Mercy Hospital, Festus, Missouri as an outpatient psychiatrist.

Amanda Ratz

Amanda Ratz, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with experience supporting a variety of social and emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Amanda has experience supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, motherhood, chronic stress, self-esteem, and negative self-talk. Her focus is on meeting the client where they are at while utilizing a strengths-based and solution-focused approach. Mental health can have a direct impact on physical health.

Through your work together, Amanda will help implement evidence-based strategies, practical tools, and coping skills that support emotional regulation and can help foster a healthier lifestyle overall. Partnering with people through life transitions is very important to her work. Whether something is in your control or out of your control, processing your individual needs together can be highly therapeutic. She will be there alongside you to listen, reflect, and help guide you in session in pursuit of living the most joyful, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Reina Baez

Reina Baez, MFT, is a bi-lingual Spanish speaking licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience. At Evora, she works with couples assisting them in achieving healthy communication and healing challenges that commonly occur in a romantic partnership. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and mental health concerns that occur as a result of physical health challenges.  She also supports couples in developing a more fulfilling sex life.

Reina utilizes psychodynamic theory with cognitive behavioral techniques and has a solution focused lens. Being in a romantic partnership is hard work and her goal is to create more loving partnerships through her approach.
